Hey, Sarah. Well, a Senate panel just approved legislation that would ban members of Congress,

the president, and the vice president from selling and trading stocks. Now, this has advanced

through a Senate committee with all Democratic support and all but one Republican, Senator Josh Hawley,

opposed the bill. So Holly and the Democrats move to pass it. However, strong Republican

opposition means it might not really stand a chance for going forward in the Senate. However,

we know that there is another move in the House going on where a different group of lawmakers

is trying to bring a similar congressional

stock trading bill to the floor. So you're seeing some momentum for this in Congress. Lawmakers

are going to be out for most of next month, but we'll be following this closely when they come
