Welcome into outkick the show. I am your fearless leader, Clay Travis. I hope all of you are having a fantastic Monday wherever you may be across this great country. This go great land. Thank you for making American playbook, the best selling nonfiction book in America for its release week.

0:20.0

Absolutely fabulous number one overall most copy sold in nonfiction according to publishers weekly which shares the actual numbers of copies that are sold and we were number two overall in the Wall Street Journal list of best selling nonfiction books this week pretty freaking incredible. I've always wanted to have a number one best seller. Guess what?

0:46.0

I've now got a number one best seller which is absolutely outstanding. All right other great news. I'm going to be a Milwaukee. I'm leaving in a little bit today and then I will be in Milwaukee until the debate on Wednesday. But we are going so that's going to be awesome. We're doing an event at the Papst Theater. If you're going to be a Milwaukee on the Tuesday night before the event eight o'clock.

1:15.0

Eight o'clock couple of hours. I'll be there. It should be a lot of fun. You can get tickets. Papst Theater. You get a copy of my book as a part of getting a ticket. So this going to be pretty cool.

1:27.0

Then also we continue to add more awesome things on we're going to have an out kick show on Fox News 10 o'clock on Sunday first ever. So we have never had this before. It's a sign of how much out kick is growing Fox News channel. Yes the main Fox News at 10 p.m. on Sunday will have an out kick show special.

1:55.0

I'll be on it. Tommy Lairon will be out on it. Charlie Arnold. Mary Catherine Ham. Edas Cantor. Riley Gaines. No particular order there. But it's going to be a really good fun discussion. One hour long special. We've never done this before. Again continuing to reinforce the growth of out kick. Now we are going to have a one hour special on Fox News.

2:24.0

On Fox News at 10 p.m. on Sunday night. So I will then go to New York City from Milwaukee and we will be doing this show. I'll be reacting a lot. Obviously on Wednesday night for what is I think the biggest launch of the Republican primary so far.

2:45.0

The Fox News Wednesday night debate that will be taking place there will certainly be reacting some to that on our out kick special that will air Sunday on Fox News. But a lot going on.

2:58.2

So let me repeat. Thank you for making this a number one best selling nonfiction book in America. Thank you for supporting out kick is we're now going to have a Fox News prime time special. 10 o'clock at least. I think you can count that as prime time. I'm at least going to count it as prime time.

3:13.6

We've never had a Fox News show like this before. And by the way, I should mention with college football coming back. I'll be a part of big noon. I won't be on the road every single weekend because frankly, that's a lot of travel. And sometimes you end up going to an SEC game. Even in the SEC, there are lots of weeks where there are big top 25 prime time matchups.

3:40.4

So I'm going to be doing big events, big games for big noon. I'm excited about that as college football gets closer. All right. That's a lot of details on my day to day existence. Now, there are a bunch of stories out there. I want to talk about them. I actually want to start.

3:57.0

I got to watch why don't messy for the first time ever in person on Saturday night at the at the Nashville MLS game against Miami. And I'm this the first time I had ever been to the MLS stadium, Nashville's brand new MLS stadium that seats right around 30,000 people.

4:20.2

And I've said this before, but if you had told me when I was a kid that Nashville would have a 30,000 seat soccer only stadium and that it would be completely sold out and that people would be paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for tickets to go watch a game there, I never would have believed you.

4:44.5

But man, what an incredible atmosphere. And I have a couple of big takeaways from watching messy on Saturday night of watching the Nashville and the Miami teams play one, the amount of celebrities in Nashville blows my mind.

5:02.5

All right. I mean, it just blows my mind. Yottis is a partial owner of this Nashville team. He was there Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, David Beckham, the Darius Garland. These are just some people I saw.

5:19.5

Nate Bargatsky, my friend, the amount of celebrity that follows messy in any city is pretty extraordinary to even think about. And I saw it for myself there on Saturday, the amount of interest that messy himself by himself brings.

5:40.5

He scored a goal. He put another one off the post and he scored in the in the ending, which was crazy. It came down to goalie versus goalie penalty kicks. And Miami one, not a 10 to one, they made 10 out of their 11 Nashville went nine and two and the Miami goalie stop Nashville's goalie to officially win this, the cup, the challenge there that was going on in the MLS, but it's pretty extraordinary.

6:10.0

And it speaks to the question that I think is most paramount as we look and consider and contemplate what the future of soccer is in America.

6:20.7

It's undoubtedly the case. If you walk around, I've been saying it for some time, young people in America are big soccer fans. The average age inside of a MLS stadium is way younger than the average age inside of a

6:37.6

I think even an NFL stadium, certainly a major league baseball stadium. And I think even an NBA arena, I don't think I've ever seen a younger audience than what goes and watches soccer now.

6:50.7

So the question that I have and I talked to some people who were there involved in the sports business in general in America today, the most talented basketball players all come to America because the NBA, they can make the most money.

7:06.4

He honest is a good example. He's born in Greece. He's a huge soccer fan. He was there to watch messy. He's a partial owner of the Nashville MLS franchise. And he's sitting there on the front row. I saw him. He didn't leave. I mean, he is a die hard soccer fan, but he plays in the NBA from Europe because the NBA can offer him so much more money.
