Summary

The Take Back Your Mind podcast receives many submissions for its Life Question of the Week segment from our beloved audience seeking spiritual insight across a wide variety of subjects—from personal concerns and existential issues to world events.

On occasion, Michael will dedicate an entire show to answering your Life Questions.

On today’s episode, Michael answers the following questions:

-Can streaming a lot of online content interfere with one’s own inner guidance system and inner voice, and how can one monitor their content consumption?

-What is “Intention Deficit Disorder,” and is that why I can’t seem to focus on one intention long enough to see it come to fruition?

-Is it possible to improve my relationship with my sister who habitually says and does things to make me feel bad?

-How can I go deeper in my meditations? And more!

Michael then closes this episode with a brief guided meditation.

For practical spiritual insight and encouragement around relationships, finances, health, life purpose, or in understanding world events, submit your Life Question of The Week, to [email protected].
