christmas eve hopefully you get to spend some time with your family maybe at least have one day off

from work um i know some people end up having to do to work like you know christmas day if you

work for a hospital maybe or something like that or emergency services i know walmart i think pastors work on

christmas eve and christmas day oh i think they do too so but uh but i hope this is a time of rest

for people who are listening at home and that they can maybe sit and relax and enjoy a podcast that is

the the catchphrase of the show but uh we're

going to talk about christmas i wanted to talk about the platitudes that sort of are associated with

this time of the year address some of those uh ask questions like is jesus really the reason for the

season uh what does that mean is he you know lord you really the reason for the season?

What does that mean?

Is he, you know, Lord, you are the reason for the season?

I heard that one recently and had to stop myself from chuckling.

It was actually a really interesting prayer.

I'll like, I'll do the end of it.

It was Lord, bless this season, because we all know you're the reason.
