We were just popping on here to say hi and happy holidays and we're hoping

that you're having the best festive time. And if you're not, because, you know, family holidays

can be a struggle for a lot of people. It's going to be over soon. The new year is coming.

And hopefully you can listen to some of our past episodes to fill the time and make you feel sexy.

Yes, especially like it can be intense hanging around with your family around this time of the year.

When you want your own space, when you need to like settle when you have there's so much expectation and stress sometimes or old

family arguments can suddenly come out. So make sure that you're giving yourself time away and like

downtime and chill time and time for yourself as well is important. So go for a walk, go to bed

early, like chill in bed in the mornings for a longer time, you know, go and have some time out.

It's okay if you don't have the best time with your family.

Drink some hot chocolates.
