0:10.3	It's so good to be back, and thank you for your patience,
0:14.8	as I have been offline, resting, recovering, and taking care of myself.
0:25.0	In today's show, we're going to talk about a variety of updates. I'm going to talk about the Mercury Retrograde shifts. We're going to talk
0:32.3	about the lunar changes, including the two Libra full moons, and just some overall energies that are happening
0:42.0	right now as we move through this last week in March.
0:47.4	Just a quick personal update from me.
0:50.5	Yes, I have been offline for at least a week and a half, I think two weeks.
0:57.4	And I started off with just a flu, which is awful and not fun,
1:03.3	and then it turned into an upper respiratory infection that had me in bed for almost every day. And that, of course,
1:15.5	is never fun. This is the first time I've been around preschool germs. I've never been exposed
1:22.2	to these germs before. But at the higher levels, at the higher levels of consciousness,
1:30.2	the way that I was feeling this energy was actually something more about
1:34.8	part of the DNA turning over, a reprogramming,
1:40.5	an aspect of energies that were dying and had fulfilled an energetic purpose and were being released.
1:50.0	And of course, that is something that we would feel physically.
1:53.2	And it would show up as an illness, as something that would make us very tired,
1:59.6	exhausted, a lot going on, and hard to understand.
2:04.2	But these were the energetics I was feeling around this period in March,
2:09.0	is that there is a big changeover in energies.
