0:07.2	as we are going to discuss the Mercury retrograde in Libra energies as they are unfolding from
0:14.5	September 26 until October 18, 2021. Mercury is the messenger planet associated with communications, information,
0:26.4	how we think and perceive and process the world around us. And when we have this perception
0:33.1	of Mercury moving in reverse, it gives an opportunity for us to catch up, to slow down,
0:40.7	to review, reassess, reconsider, and reprioritize. And as Mercury goes retrograde multiple
0:48.0	times a year, this is when we have opportunities to get caught up on anything that we need more time for. Perhaps there's
0:57.7	something that you're working on and you realize this is going to take longer than I thought.
1:04.0	Or maybe there is something you've been moving through and you just need some more time and
1:08.8	space to sit with it, reconsider, and think about it.
1:12.5	Those are some of the gifts of the Mercury retrograde energies. And when we have a Mercury
1:18.6	retrograde, we are being supported with greater opportunities for mindfulness, for not moving
1:26.5	too fast or not making a quick decision or thinking things through
1:32.2	to the point of exhaustion. The Mercury Retrograde can support you as well in gaining greater
1:40.3	clarity and certainty about what is true for you and where your mind is going. It can show
1:47.8	you where you've been spinning in something or perhaps overthinking. And what I feel is really
1:53.6	strong at this time is that Mercury retrograde is a gift. It's a gift of allowing us to be more conscious and mindful of our mental energies
2:05.2	and to slow down and really consider, is this what I want to focus on? Is this where I want to
2:12.7	direct my energy? Is this serving me? So in this current Mercury retrograde cycle, it is moving from
2:21.0	25 degrees of Libra back to 10 degrees of Libra. So it's going to cover this territory in your
2:29.6	natal astrology chart. And in Libra, it brings up our interactions with other people. Now, typically,
