Mercury Retrograde. Don't do this.

like a big, beautiful eagle flying in the direction of your dreams and your goals. Well, I'm certain

most of you at one time or another have heard that Mercury

Retrograde can create all kinds of havoc when it comes to communication and things like that.

So first, let's get a basic understanding of Mercury retrograde.

Retrograde simply means that the planet is moving in an opposite direction to the direction it normally moves.

So Mercury retrograde means that Mercury is moving in the opposite direction in the night sky.

However, this is important.

It does not mean that it is literally moving in the opposite direction. In other words,

Mercury is still traveling in the same path, but because of the way things are

spinning on the earth and the axis and so forth, it appears for about three weeks that Mercury is actually traveling in the opposite

direction in the night sky. Well, the ancients saw Mercury going in an opposite direction,

and they associated the planet mercury with communication and so kind of it's kind of the

hive effect kind of built up in our DNA and in our collective consciousness is this idea

that mercury when it is going retrograde, wrecks havoc on communication, electronics, things of that nature.
