Our topic tonight is one that I don't know that we've ever actually done a whole detailed show about this but it's way past time if we if we have an end that we're going to talk about Mercury retrograde and we're going to talk about phases of the moon. So that's our plan for tonight as we move into our hour together.

Sure so I thought that we would talk about a very lovely common stone that is found I think in almost any medical store you go to and it's it's a hard work and great stone it's moons don't.

I have a lot of moons don't do you Deb? I sure do. I weigh on that. I really am all the time.

I have a moon stone necklace that I wear a lot I don't wear it all the time because I feel like it um it definitely doesn't crease your intuition sometimes you don't want to walk around totally on.

But let me just clarify I wear it on the same chain as with a phantom quartz and a metamorphosis quartz.

Yeah I think you can check in balance yeah. Okay so there's many many many types of moons stone there's peach moon stone rainbow moon stone I'm just going to be talking about moons don't in general and I'm taking my notes from the crystal Bible.

Moon stone is called a stone of new beginnings it helps you to connect to the moon energy and to your intuition. It's just like the moon this stone is reflective and reminds us that as the moon waxes and wings.

So everything is part of a cycle of change. It's most powerful effect is that of calming the emotions.

Moon stone makes the conscious the unconscious and promotes intuition and empathy. It does increase lucid dreaming especially around the time of the full moon.

It has traditionally been used to enhance psychic abilities especially clairvoyance. It can be worn as a pendant to encourage acceptance of your psychic gift.

Psychologically moon stone comes over reactions to situations and emotional triggers. Moon stone is filled with receptive passive feminine energy and it helps to balance male female energies.

It aids men who want to get in touch with their feminine side. It's the perfect antidote for the excessively macho man or overly aggressive female.

Mentally moon stone opens the mind to sudden and irrational impulses to her in dipty and synchronicity care has to be taken that it does not induce illusions in response to wishful thinking.

Emotionally moved on soot instability and stress and stabilizes the emotion. It improves intelligence especially emotional intelligence.

If you place it on the solar plexus it helps to draw out old emotional patterning so that it can be understood, healed and dissolved.

Moon stone provides deep emotional healing and healed disorders of the upper digestive tract that are related to stress.

It can be placed in the children's room to help calm hyperactivity so it might be a nice stone to have by the bedside.

You can wear it as a ring or as dependent to help increase intuition or you can place it on your forehead during meditation to help enhance spiritual experiences.

Some women might find that it's too strong for them around the time of a full moon so just kind of pay attention to how you're feeling when you wear it because the stones will work different ways for different people.

I have a moon stone ring but I don't wear it very often but I do love the pen and I wear it and of course I have others as well.
