Summary

Sports is the most powerful metaphor for life. If you play or if you simply just watch, major lessons can be learned when it comes to sports. Coaching is at the core of sports and coaching is a gateway into success in a life beyond sports...sit with this concept for a minute. In his first year at Tampa Bay, Tom Brady earned a spot in the Superbowl. Tom Brady’s new coach in Tampa is Bruce Arians. Bruce has coached 13 teams at the college & professional level combined. Here is what matters: Bruce is 68 years old. Tom is 43 years old. Bruce has 25 more years of life experience. He also has 25 more years of football experience. Bruce has coached 13 teams. Tom has played for 2 teams. Bruce is the COACH, Tom is the PLAYER. Upon arriving in Tampa Bay, Bruce made it clear that Tom (a younger, less experienced person) was in complete control. Bruce is quoted for saying β€œI sit back and allow Tom to play AND coach.” The result: Bruce is going to his 1st Superbowl as a head coach due to allowing Tom who is now going to his 10th Superbowl, to take full control of the team. Bruce killed his ego. Bruce let go of his control. Bruce handed the team to Tom because he is a proven winner. Age is NOT a requirement of mentorship or coaching. ANY person at ANY age can be your gateway to an extreme breakthrough. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Contact Us: Info@AdamRanadaRanville.com β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Online Training Mid-Roll Ad: (start time 6:17) Registration Link - https://adamranadaranville.com/webinars/ β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
