So when they finally changed it, I already broke it twice. So listen, so we're talking about strength. So when you're talking about something that's strong. |

So whatever you exercise, whatever you spend life on, that's what's going to strengthen. That's what's going to get stronger where your focus is just just drop the product called be focused to help you focus on things when I'm honed in and focused on whatever I'm in in that moment. |

3:47.9 | Remember, they used to have them reality shows back in the day, like on Fox or whatever. And it'll be like somebody say, like, I'm afraid of, um, I don't know, like birds or like, you know, anything spiders or whatever. People have, let's say like a common phobia. |
4:03.9 | But let's say that phobia was passed to you. It wasn't even that you had a traumatic experience because if you had a traumatic experience, that's, that's the total different ballgame. |
4:11.9 | But if you have it, that's what I said, unprecedented. If you have it, have it had like a crazy experience or one, you're just scared of it just because, again, ignorance, lack of knowledge, either breeds fear or violence. |
4:23.9 | And that's when you're fight a flight system. That's when you're fight a flight system fires, because you don't know your ignorance. You have no clue about it until you, you know, you break out that mental chain. |
4:34.9 | So, again, take the time out, the word time and enter life. |
4:42.9 | How much life are you putting into something? How much life are you putting into this? Because when you put life, your life into something, time, life. |
4:50.9 | When you put that into something, you're making it more and more and more alive. So, why are you putting life into something that is potentially negative? |
