A lot of people act positive.

A lot of people act like everything's going great.

A lot of people say all the right things under pressure.

But guess what's happening underneath?

Underneath what they're stuffing are deep-seated emotions and feelings and beliefs that are not so negative.

So one of the mistakes that so many of us make is thinking that being positive is doing the right thing.

In reality, what we want to do is practice the beliefs that we want, yes,

to be strong. Being strong doesn't mean acting strong. Being strong doesn't mean acting strong.
