recently published a study claiming that the results showed those who suffered

from depression and anxiety due to being wronged by someone experienced overall

better mental health when they forgave their enemy. You don't say. I know. That's

weird because the Bible I remember a lot of verses about forgiveness and loving

your enemies. Right. And one of those being proverbs 17.9 it says love

prospers when a fault is forgiven but dwelling on it separates close friends. Oh there you go.
