Good evening, everybody. Welcome to the show. We got a great show plan for you. Travel time. It's a holiday thing. You're going to, you're all going to get familiar with a lot of holiday-based themed shows going on. And, you know, as always, I try to make things applicable to those that maybe don't directly relate to the topic. Those that are single or relational or traveling or not traveling,

but we're going to talk about how to keep your relationship intact.

And also, again, individually, your own mental health intact when traveling.

I look, I'm one of those people where I love traveling, as in I like to be in different places,

but I don't like travel,

the physical process of getting there.

And what I mean when I say that is air travel.

I gotta say, I think it's probably one of my least favorite things.

Top three, it is so complex, it is so stressful,

and it just seems to never run smoothly because of how complex

it is. I definitely am one of those travelers that has a lot of travel anxiety. It spikes. I need a lot

of handholding. I avoid it as much as possible and I always try to find alternative ways. I'm

very thoughtful about the days and times I travel. And that might be the first

tip for mental health with your travel. Always acknowledge who you are and what you need. And I think

that's an important thing for everyone to do. We throw around, I'm going to broaden this for a second

and then I'll come back down to a more specific, more specific to the topic itself but there's this idea

that everything's about equality you know every everyone should have the same thing

in the mental health world it's really about the word equity everyone should get

what they need because everyone has different needs and it can't be about

everyone gets the same thing everyone should have the same access so I'm all about

equality in that way everyone should have the same access. So I'm all about equality in that way. Everyone should have the same access, the same privileges. But in terms of needs,
