Summary

Why do people join cults?  Turns out, we actually have a pretty good idea.  Acceptance, lack of identity, a promise of a better life.  It's obvious when you think about it.  That doesn't mean we have any real means to stop it from happening.  Kind of like how every musician ever ends up a complete wreck.
