diligence. Let's jump into part two of this powerful conversation. I want to talk just a little bit

about decision making, making good decisions, because you make good decisions and you help people make good

decisions how what are some of the things that are a part of that process well I don't

know if I've ever thought about how to make good decisions and a way of lining out you know

first you do this and second you do this. I think in general good decisions

are made in good company. And I've tried to surround myself with wise people. And I've tried to

walk closely with God. So those are two things that I think are prerequisites for any decision-making

in life about big things in life or little things in life. I try not to make decisions in

vacuums where I'm just in my head deciding and thinking about something. I try to make them

in a way with a close set of confidence that help me know

that's a good choice. And there are people who walk with God too, so they're not just people,

and they're not just people with limited access. They would be people that are my insiders.

And, but yeah, I make decisions with especially bigger things with people who are good

decision makers themselves.

And, you know, who we surround ourselves with is who we become.

And so it's important to me to have people around me that I want to emulate.

I want to be like.

I want to grow up and be like them.

And I haven't always had a mentor in that way ahead of me,
