And this week's topic is one that we asked if you would rather hear us talk about jealousy or mental health and you guys shows the fun

fun option of mental health so this week's topic is mental health and

Brie and I have both been saying that this is a topic that we get requested

quite often and I think it's a very important topic in relation to the

queer community but it's also like probably the topic that we've skated around talking about the most.

Yeah, I think we've been talking about doing this since we started the podcast.

Yeah.

And also both of us are pretty open about our struggles with mental health so it doesn't surprise

me that people request it.

Because on our

Instagram's and on my YouTube we touch on it totally you know so it's no surprise

to me that someone wants a podcast but I think what people forget is that with a podcast you're

talking about it for an hour yeah it's a long time and Instagram captions like a

hundred words and it's less vulnerable than speaking about it.

Exactly and you can also like we could obviously edit this but like when you're

typing a post on Instagram you kind of have the ability to like save it as a draft, come back to it and

make sure that you're wording it is exactly how you want to say it. Yeah.

And like could we do that now? Yes, is that how we talk?
