hot takes about mental health. And so we're going to go over some of those today.

But first, I just want to say I want to thank you for reaching out because I like to least get to know other psychology counseling content providers.

Like a long time ago, I thought it would be good to create like a consortium or something,

awards that we give out, kind of like the Academy Awards or for the film industry. But it's like,

I feel like we should have like an award ceremony every year for psychology content providers,

you know, a chance for us to celebrate each other, that kind of thing.

But the spirit behind that was I just wanted to connect with other psychology counseling

podcasters, partially just because it just feels better to do that.

I'm, you know, counselors, therapists, were used to consulting and being in connection,

frequently talking with other clinicians. It's a part of our tradition. It's a part of our

ethics. It's a part of our work. But also, I want to send the message to the public that, you know, to our viewers and listeners that we're not at odds with each other, even if we don't necessarily say the same things.

You know, I think there can be times where I will have listeners or viewers of my channel that will say, I like
