That's my daughter, man, who my wife has always said is just a beardless, dickless version of me.

And that's the name of our podcast, beardless d-de-less me.

I'm the old one.

I'm the young one.

And every week we try to make each other laugh really hard.

A lot of cussing.

Sometimes as dads, I think we're too hard on ourselves. We get down on ourselves on not being able to, you know, we're the providers, but we also have to

learn to take care of ourselves. A wrap away, you've got to pray for yourself as well as for

everybody else, but never forget yourself. Self-love made me a better dad because I realized my
