Jacksonville Sheriff's Department down in Florida released body cam video of this incident that happened in April of last year.

Their dispatch received a 911 call from the person involved in this.

Leah Marie Baker, a 29-year-old female, who said she wanted to be Baker, which is a Florida law that enables families to provide emergency mental health services for people who were impaired because of their mental illness.

She told dispatchers that she did not want to harm herself and that she just wanted medication.

She then refused to answer any questions and hung up on the dispatcher.

Later, the suspect called back saying that her roommate had stolen her medications.

So at the time, this call was for someone mentally ill and was having a potential dispute with a roommate over some stolen medications.

I'm not sure if this is going to be a halfway house or not, but a lot of calls like these mentally ill patients and stolen medications come in from places like this.
