Hey, it's Kelly. And at the end of every week, I like to share something true and useful,

0:08.7

something I stumbled over that gave me a burst of optimism, something you can share with friends

0:13.1

like an audio greeting card, something to help us all keep our eyes on what's working and what

0:19.9

could be. So I'll be right back with this week's

0:23.2

for the good of the order. This is Kelly Corrigan Wonders.

1:33.6

showing me all the things she can do with her television set, which she's quite proud of.

1:40.2

And then she was also telling me that she goes to the Verizon store fairly often to ask for help with her iPhone and her iPad.

1:49.9

Because she wants to know, for instance, if you can get a phone call on your iPad.

1:53.7

She's just curious.

1:55.3

And I feel that, of course, her generation is just working so hard to keep up.

2:00.9

And I know from talking to friends that some of the most unpleasant interactions they've ever had with their parents or their in-laws are trying to set up their TiVo or their Sonos or a wireless printer or a router.

2:14.8

And it sort of brings people to the brink.

2:17.0

And I always contend that the reason it brings people to the brink. And I always contend that the reason
