So I was recently at a lovely event, and I got a case of the envies.

And this family, one, they just seemed to have unlimited amounts of money.

And I think they made like an ungodly amount of money during the pandemic on like cryptocurrency. Two, their kids are like

insanely successful. Like, you know, one's going to the Olympics and the other started a business and

it's just over the top. And three, I felt fat. It's so dumb. But I did, and this woman's not, and there you have it.

So anyway, I was reading this book called Lost Connections,

which is by Johann Hari, who's going to be on the pod this fall,

who I really like and respect.
