I am getting ready for this new year. I'm excited about it. I think I'm mostly excited because I had three nights in a row where I slept.

I recently had the nightmare experience of starting to wear a Fitbit again.

Why did you do that to yourself?

Because I don't know.

I really don't have a good reason.

But my sister asked me months ago if I wanted her old Fitbit when she upgraded because she gets free ones through work, you know, every couple of years.

And where does she work? Who gives them away for work?

She works at a college. And, you know, you got to keep up with the youth. So they're very active there.
