Hi, welcome to the Wolves and Sheep podcast. I'm Roberta Glass. And today I'm going to be talking to you about what nobody talks about when they talk about the Menendez Brothers trial. Now, the Menendez brothers were two brothers, Lyle and Eric Menendez, who were at the time 18 and 21 when they

Now, before we talk about the defense strategy, let's talk about how the Menendez brothers got arrested.

Now, the Menendez brothers had an alibi. They said they went to see Batman, then they went to the cheesecake factory, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

So they had it all planned out what they were going to tell the police.

And they came home and they found their parents murdered.

And there's this famous 911 call where Lyle's like,

That's the first thing that he says.

And the police, it took the police a long time to figure out it was the brothers.

Dominic Dunn, the crime writer, went to the funeral, and he saw Lyle walking down the aisle of the church at the funeral, and he thought he's just a little too cocky. He did it. That was his impression. Lyle told a relative at that service,
