perhaps this has been trending the longest since 1989. To be precise, and tonight on the show,

we have got the reporter who's been covering it since the day after the now infamous Menendez brothers.

It is his birthday today.

Steve-o and the thing I like best about it is that he's a few months older than me and that

will never change.

So there is actually a stunning new twist in development in the Menendez case as if there haven't been enough already.

And that is the family, the Menendez brothers and their family, want DA Nathan Hockman removed from the case.

As you'll recall, he's held a number of press conferences and there have been some hearings.

And during those, he has, according to family,

retramatized them by showing graphic crime scene photos. So we are going to talk about all that.

I'm going to bring in Robert Rand in just a moment before I do. Coming up in about five to ten

brother's friend from prison. He is out now. His name is Honoré Brown. He is a rap artist. He got to know

their brothers, both Lyle and Eric, in two separate prisons quite well and basically credits them for his early release
