have all had this experience. You told a guy you weren't interested and they continue to call. They

continue to text. They continue to try. They're sending you DMs every once in a while, hoping

that your mind changes or whatever. But in this case, it's like you have to recognize that you

never try to keep somebody who doesn't want to keep you. And so in these cases, the girl is making no effort. Or he calls her and talks to her and she talks about getting together, but she's always too busy to do it because it's just, she doesn't want to do it. You look what people do, not what they say.
