and he has become something of an expert in Title IX and its distortions in recent times.

Welcome, Mr. Petgas, and why don't you jump right in and begin with some basic remarks about what Title IX is?

Thank you very much for that introduction, Mark. So Title IX is,

it was originally passed in the 1970s, I believe, and it was originally meant to balance gender

relations in the education sector. And it's very brief. It just basically prohibits gender discrimination in the education

system. But over the decades, it has become something like a bashing tool against men,

unfortunately, at the hands of ideologues, like cultural Marxists who have infiltrated the

Department of Education. And things have become worse and worse.
