It's a bit more crisis edition than a Rod. Rainy weather in New York. We've been having so much rain. I love the rain.

It keeps your window open. I've never enjoyed the rain more than this winter, Roach.

But you're back from England talking of rain. The land of rain where rain was invented.

Yeah, exactly. I was. The sky is close to the ground but you were down south. I was down south. I was in Southampton.

Yeah, the city had never been to. Yeah. Before in my life. Yeah. I arrived just after Podding last week.

I flew right to England. Yeah. And I arrived there in Southampton. Southampton, Hilton. Wow.

Which is a Hilton as in a college door in a two-single bed. Yeah. It was there. Top room. Uh-huh.

And I went into that bar as you did. Yeah. When you arrive in a country. Yeah. I think it was there about one o'clock in the morning when I walked in. Uh-huh.

And it was packed. You asked for their finest bottle of Malbec. I did. Yeah.

I got a bottle of Malbec. You did? Had to work. Had to come out as work. I had to do to prepare for my interviews. Yeah.

You weren't there to keep me company. So it was an expression. I should have been there. And I just listened to begin with for the conversations that were all around me. Yeah. For instance.

Well, there were two large men and a woman. Okay. And they had a conversation that was literally the one guy explained to the others.

I was like, I'm thirsty mate. I like to go out with fat birds. Oh. My ears did pick up. This was not Barry Hurne.

Nobody said it. It's happened to my Barry Hurne voice. It's the most effective. I couldn't believe I wrote it down. I emailed it to you, I think. Yeah.

About my returns. I got the bends like a diver. Uh-huh. Not going into a compression chamber getting the bends being exposed back to England. Yeah.

Very loud voice. You go, you date a skinny girl. Yeah. And you get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Yeah. If you date a fatty. Yeah. A large woman. Yeah.
