It's unbelievable!

It's Friday. It's Roger. We've made it to the end of another week.

There's been quite a seven days here at MIB Towers. We returned a superant from Los Angeles fan fest to spend time Monday with Colley Lloyd on the eve of her international retirement.

There are 316 caps more than the May Carly Lloyd. What a great American! The interview was for a short film, which we hope to release, but it was really incredible to rock it with Colley at this momentous time in a life.

This is a player who committed herself truly, madly deeply to her craft for 17 years. She talked about how she came across many players in a career who were much better than her skill wise.

She realized, early on, to be what she wanted to be, the best in the world. To Dream as a kid. We all had that dream as a kid. Colley made it a reality. She realized she had to work harder than everybody else around her.

That's what she did for 17 years. In our interview and in her final game for the US Women's National Team, I think if you saw her final speech, she just started to allow that mass slip a little bit in the process.

She was a player who, by her own definition, has been emotionless. In our film, she says, lonely. She embraced the love, the recognition, the basket, almost breathing out, almost exhaling for the first time in her adult life and savoring every second.

It was remarkable to witness. Then we kept the week by filming with another incredible American, Mr. Tyler Adams. What a bloke he is. What a human he is. A rare mix of measured confidence, insurity and humility.

He has both, which is incredibly hard to do. Normally it's one or the other. And our interview is really something. I think, I hope you'll find it something that you'll listen to and have to believe that you are hearing a bloke.

Still only 22. A young bloke who will be the captain of our US Women's National Team for a very, very long time at this truly remarkable, hopefully transitional moment in American footballing history.

It's been the kind of week to be honest. Above anything, I felt a much gratitude to all of you, GFOPs for supporting what we do at Men in Blazers, because well, to bloody honor to do all of this. I learned so much from every single human being that we encounter on this journey, not just about football, but less importantly about life.

And I hope you do team lots to dive into, but remember the Men in Blazers television show that a combination returns can't believe this for season eight.
