It's Roach and we've made it through to the end of another week.

A week filled with agony.

Let's be honest, we're living in a world in which it feels like chaos is overwhelming

order, humanity is in danger of being utterly degraded and self-interest is totally smothering

collective good and my Lord, how I wish I was only referring to evidence rumoured forth

coming 12-point deduction but I'm not, we have lived through some week of all pervasive

pain globally domestically, there's always too much to comprehend right now but I do want

to start by sending enormous love to everyone in the state of Maine, I can't imagine what

you're all feeling, it's an emotional nightmare of complex darkness and I say I love that

state, I love that place, it is singular, it's life stripped down to its practical wonder,

regular listeners know that I've long adored Maine, actually spent more time in Maine early

on than any other state I first visited as one of those camp counsellors, frankly creepy

camp counsellors that came over from England, I was sent to Bridgden Maine shout out to

camp kings, were an incredible place and now with my family I spend time every summer

make time to spend a part of every summer up in Portland, it's just a magical kingdom

reveling in its natural beauty, it's rose bagels and the remarkable human beings there that

call it a proper football town too and so to see its fabric of life eviscerated in Lewiston

but across the aftershocks across the entire state it's been a true horror and I can't

imagine as I said the agony, the fear, the pain, the communities experiencing today and

just shudder at the thought of how long it's going to take to heal, as I say wishing

your life and love and to better seen a days for all, I've got to be honest up top, this
