Oh, David, you're back! I'm back from the coast. You've flown in from the coast.

Michael L.A. Davyau. Yeah, Michael L.A. Davyau. That's weirdly what they call me over there,

everyone. Thank God you're back in New York City, David. Yeah, a lot of people are very happy about that.

Some people not so happy about that. But you're pleased to see me. I am here. I'm so

glad we're not here to talk about your family. We're talking about Banksy. Yeah, Banksy, New York,

all the flutter, Roger. Go out there, speak to some of my people. They try and find out where Banksy

is on a daily basis. Very upset that they didn't find his, the art he was selling for almost

nothing at a store by the side of the park. Yeah, Banksy, the British graffiti artist, urban artist,

is muraling all over New York City, the five boroughs right now. It's taken up residency here,

David. Yeah, it's kind of amazing. New York Police Department chasing after him, saying he's

quote, kind of hard to find. Yeah, which you find quite entertaining. What you're feeling about

all of this as a showman yourself, David? I think that I love his art. I love street art.

Actually, Embassy Roe working on a fairly big street art project right now, in development,

in development. And I think it's fantastic. And for anybody, for people to get so excited,

for it to be in the New York Post about art, Roger, I think that's completely positive. I feel
