It's Friday. It's Roger. We've made it through another week. One filled with, whoa, all kinds of emotions and I don't know about you.

But I did it yesterday watching the incredibly inspiring footage of Fullham and US International Defender Tim Riem.

Meet 13-year-old Reese Porter. If you didn't see it, go and find it. It is so beautiful. Reese is a cottages fan.

He lives with cerebral palsy. He was a target of what can only be described as savage social media abuse. A food postage footage of himself playing goalkeeper on TikTok. Quick segue.

What is wrong with people? Really? What is wrong with people?

I'm going to go back to Tim Riem and Reese. I'm going to play you a segment from a British breakfast show which shows footage of Reese being interviewed at Fullham's training.

They invited him there after the awful social media bullying Tim Riem then arrives on the scene. And as he speaks beautifully, Reese just starts sobbing with joy.

I know that there's Tim Riem isn't there, the Fullham Defender. Is he quite good? Yeah, he wins a lot of headers.

What would you say to him if you were to see him now? Give him a bit of advice about improving the game and contributing to the team?

Yeah, I would say that he's a great defender. How can he improve? How can Tim Riem improve?

He could improve. I don't know. I don't think he needs him.

We thought you could improve. You can always improve. You can always improve.

We thought we'd be lovely to introduce you to both. Tim, I know you've tweeted about what Reese has been doing and you've been blown away by just him saying enough and I'm going to call this out.

Yeah, I mean, listen, I showed my family his video and I just think people see footballers as role models and inspirations.

And for me, what he's doing is more of an inspiration than anything that any of us could ever do.

And to listen to that, that moment is to experience something that's all that's good about sports. Huge, huge respect to Tim Riem, the 33-year-old from St. Louis.

Just watching, just listening, just experiencing his love, his empathy, you gain and the immediate sense of the leadership he must bring to our young US squad still grappling.
