Hello Raj, thanks for having me.

BJ honestly, it's a joy to see you. Let me take you back January 16, 2019. You join the US Men's staff. You're a strategy analyst and assistant coach.

Similar ish to what you've done at the Philadelphia Union for seven seasons with my mate Jim Curtin. But it's a leap coaching the US Men's national team.

Now against two of our truest frenemies in tournament play, but I found BJ an old piece in which you gave an interview to soccer America about your philosophy.

It's a life philosophy really and I want to read it back to you. You said my coaching journey has spanned almost every level that the US soccer ecosystem has.

I don't think I ever thought that foreign advance. I like to pride myself. Whatever job I have, I'm going to do the best I can. If someone recognizes it, gives you another opportunity. Take that opportunity.

But I've never said in 20 years, I'm going to coach in a world cup. I think when I was coaching division three, maybe I coached in division one. It's all incremental.

Can you talk about that BJ because it's an incredible way to approach well everything.
