That was genuinely humbling to be able to raise a bird to so many medics, nurses, raids, some of whom flew in from all over the country to be with us.

And generally, just revel in the joy our game gives us.

We're two incredible guests, Christy Muay, who's story is so inspiring.

We've made me feel like West Ham season of essentially raising hope and then crapping it, transcended football in deeply meaningful ways.

I loved every second, big love to all who came and made it a night filled with emotion.
