Hello everyone and welcome to Unspooled.

I'm Amy Nicholson.

And I am Paul Sheer and this is the podcast where we are endeavoring to find the hundred

best films of all time.

We started with the AFI list and now we are making our way through different genres

and types of films looking all around the world to find the best possible films.

But we are doing something special right now.

Amy, we are in the middle of a series called Summer Blockbusters.

These are movies that are a mix of a melange if you will of genres.

I mean, and the reaction to what we should be doing and why aren't we doing this and

is the blockbuster to American.

We've been so many great points of you coming in on the discord.

I mean, how are you feeling about the response so far to what movies we need to cover,

what movies we have to get back to?

What do you think?

Gosh, well, one thing that I'm feeling is I kind of want to watch everything and that

surprises me because I tend to mock summer blockbusters.

But what I'm realizing is interesting in the framework of what we're doing is going

back, looking at not just the first modern blockbusters because we already covered all

of those.
