0:16.0	And for those of you that have studied sales, you know that the most important things is sales, you've got to get
0:23.4	people to like you. Well, how do you get people to like you? You ask them questions about themselves
0:29.1	because when we talk about ourselves, the number one most important person in our lives,
0:34.9	when somebody asks us something about ourselves, we feel like, wow, they care.
0:38.7	They care about me. So if you run into an old high school friend in the, say you're shopping for
0:43.7	groceries, how you been? What do you have to? How are the kids? Where are you guys living? How's
0:50.0	the marriage or whatever? What are you guys doing now? You still have that business. You still work at this place.
0:56.0	When you ask questions and then the other person speaks and you listen, they feel
1:01.0	like that you care about them.
1:03.4	And so like when you're in sales or you're on a date, you should be fascinated about
1:09.6	your prospect and wanting to know everything about them.
1:12.5	So you're going to ask the kind of questions that hopefully that they would enjoy answering.
1:19.1	And so as they talk about themselves and the law of reciprocity,
1:23.1	which is something anybody that studied sales would be familiar with,
1:26.8	if I listen to you talk for 10, 15, 20 minutes,
1:31.0	or you listen to me talk for 10, 15, 20 minutes,
1:34.0	you're going to feel like, man, you've been talking so,
1:37.9	or I've been talking so much, well, let me hear about you.
