Summary

9-year-old Melodee Buzzard was last seen in Colorado, near the Utah border, on October 9th, 2025. She has brown curly hair, brown eyes, is approximately 4’6” tall, and weighs between 60 and 100lbs. Her mother, Ashlee Buzzard, was driving a rented 2024 white Chevy Malibu. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that she drove with at least two different license plates, a California plate issued by the rental car company, 9MNG101, as well as a New York license plate HCG9677. They believe it’s possible that Ashlee used other plates as well. Anyone with information is asked to call the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office at 805-681-4150.
