0:29.0 | For example, there's some great data that shows that high levels of melatonin can improve dementia or Alzheimer's. |

0:47.0 | Now, it is true that as you age, it makes less and less and less. |

0:55.0 | But for this video, let's just talk about the benefits that go beyond the sleep cycles. |
1:02.0 | Number one, melatonin is a very potent antioxidant. |
1:07.0 | In fact, it's twice as strong as vitamin E. |
1:10.0 | And it has the potential to increase other antioxidants like glutathione, especially in your mitochondria. |

1:21.0 | Because if you're not getting enough sleep, you're definitely not getting enough melatonin. |
