Nowadays, I'd be going, I don't think you can do that. I don't think you can do it. Anyway, nice to be company. And if you're a new listener to the podcast,

well, this is where for over a few minutes we kind of lambast people, we sort of basically tell the

truth. We don't have a lie about people. If we think somebody's a bit dim and stupid, we'll tell them they're a bit dim

and stupid. And if we think something is a bit naff, we'll tell you it's a bit naff. You might

disagree some of the time. But to be honest with you, it really doesn't make a scrap of difference.

Because that's the whole makeup, isn't it? The whole ethos about radio. Some people agree. Some people disagree. And if you disagree, well, then you disagree.

But everybody's got an opinion, which is what I like. And I have opinions about so-called celebrities.

Not every celebrity. I mentioned earlier on that somebody from Can't Pay Will Take It Away.

You know, Paul, who works on the programme, he actually wrote to me.

He sent me a, oh, lovely, he sent me a text message saying that this is my number if you need

a contributor to the programme. It was quite nice. So there you go. So we send Christmas wishes back to him.

French doesn't fancy a baking show. This is Dawn French. She says absolutely not

to Mel and Sue's presenting job. I don't actually call what Mel and Sue do presenting. I know that they're there,

but it's not like they have to do lots of pieces to camera. They just sort of stand there and occasionally come up with some smut.

And we all go, oh, it's very funny, isn't it? Very funny. Lots of sort of gags about that come up with some smut and we all go oh it's very funny isn't it
