i'm pleased not to be joined today by one of the most prominent, provocative voices on the American left, that is Mehdi Hassan.

Over the last few years, he has effectively become a household name.

But even if you're not familiar with him, you've almost certainly seen one of his viral tweets or old MSNBC monologues.

Like me, earlier this year, he made the decision to venture

into the world of independent media. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of Zeteo.

We love that you're here. I love that you're a part of independent media. We both are. We're going to talk about that a little bit later on. But let's dive right into this, right? Because there is a lot going on around the world. There have been a lot of developments in the Israel Gaza over the last 48 hours. Israel's chief intelligence officer has resigned. There have also been more than 300 bodies reportedly discovered

in a mass grave outside of NASA Hospital in southern Ghazimetti. I think a lot of Americans

were glued to their phones when Iran and Israel appeared to be on the brink of World War III

last week. But they've since tuned out. What have they missed? They've missed a lot, but we're not just tuning out because Israel Iran are, thankfully not

on the verge of World War III as we speak.

They've also tuned out because our media, our mainstream media, has decided that the antics

of a few students on a college campus in New York is more important than covering

dead bodies in a mass grave, possibly executed by Israel, or, of course,

the ongoing Israeli investigation or lack of investigation into their own intelligence failures on October 7.

There is so much going on around the world, but in particular in the Middle East.

And I think we have to ask questions about news organizations that you and I were once part of that are based in New York

City and think it's much easier and much more interesting to go cover what's happening at Columbia

University or another Ivy and ignore literally the ongoing daily killing of children. And I tweeted
