If we really want to thrive, yes, it is about vision, it is about team, but it is about the tools,

and it is about building the habits every single day to do not just your best, but to do what others

aren't willing to do. When you build those habits over and over and over and over again,

it gives you such a unique form of confidence.

When you build those habits daily,

one of the two quotes that was in my room,

almost all my life growing up,

was somewhere he is out there,

training while I am not,

and when we meet, he will win.

And it sounds really negative,

but I loved it,

because I wanted to be that one that was training while other people weren't. Most of the best in the world in business or in sports, they have also

coaches on the side and mentors on the side. Why? Because they want that 1% of 1% of 1% to get

better. But so many times we feel like, well, we don't really need it.

Man, I think it is one of the most vital things to our life, to your company, for us as a ministry.

You look at the best players in the world, any sport. You look at the best CEOs around the world, any sport. What do they do?

They all have coaches. And many times the higher they get, the more coaches that they have,

mentors, whatever you want to call it, that speak into them that they have in their lives.

Why? Man, because they want somebody else that has a different vantage point, a different view,

different wisdom to speak into them.

You could be anywhere doing a lot of different things, but you chose to be here.
