You got to figure out who you are. Check it. Put it to the side and then lock in. Lock the hell in, okay? Because if you're constantly in your head focused on your personal identity

and you're having anxiety and you don't know who you are and you can't figure out if you're

queer, trans, poly, woke, any of that, you're not going to have the mental stamina and mental

capacity to deliver on the ice. You got to get out there and shred it up, shred it up from top

to bottom. And I understand, okay,

I am like the least athletic person on planet Earth. I am the least athletic person you will
