Megan Crabbe joins Gaby for a chat about joy and body positivity!
Her new book - 'We Do Not Make Ourselves Small Here' - is a very personal book, for every woman who has been taught that she has to shrink part of herself in order to be good enough - whether that's her body, how she shows up in relationships, how she shows up in bed, the life choices she makes or how much she's allowed to like herself.
Megan talks openly and frankly about how she deals with haters online, and how her feelings towards her own body have changed over the years.
