And Lucas, hello. Hey, Kim. So, responding to popular demand, we're doing a mega banter. There's been so much news.

And many of you out there seem to like the mega banter. I'm going to start with

the most recent breaking news, I think, which would be the sudden ouster of Jeff Schell as CEO of

NBC Universal. I have written a piece about that, and in that piece I describe how a lot of people

in the industry and people who worked with Jeff Schell saw him as this

button-down business guy and a bunch of other people who had been at NBC Universal

had heard rumors or seen him, as one put it, get crushes on people. And I should note that

the reason he was ousted is because he had had an affair of some kind with a

woman who works for CNBC in Abu Dhabi at this point, something like 11 years long, on

again, off again, we're not sure. But she filed a complaint. Apparently, when her contract

wasn't renewed, but Jeff Schell certainly put himself in the crosshairs.

Yeah, it's interesting because the Shell sourcing on that says that, well, this guy wasn't even responsible for her contract or had any control over her contract.

But the mere fact, if there was a relationship either ongoing or in the recent past, that

perhaps colored his perspective on her contract.

She has a decent claim here.

And this is exactly why these rules are in place at these companies to prevent even the

appearance of impropriety.
