after the midterm election group therapy session now we're gonna talk a little bit about the election

Maybe we'll talk a lot about it. We'll see there's a number of things to get to today and I wanted to do a

live stream. I'm enjoying doing live streams and some of you have pointed out that I

guess when you replay it afterward maybe it's in a live stream too that my camera lags a little bit. I am aware just so you know and that's something that I am going to have to remedy. I think I'm probably going to have to go back to setting up a webcam. I have right now hooked into my

computer as my Canon Rebel and I think because I probably should just buy like a box or something I don't know what they call them but a

processing box of some kind that'll make it much easier but haven't had time to look into it

because I've been busy with so many other things some of which I will tell you about today.

And for those who support what I'm doing, I'm very grateful.

I try to let patrons know kind of what I'm up to but today I'm going to give you a little window into something that I've been I spent probably I don't know five six hours maybe more than that man five six hours, maybe more than that. Ah, five, six hours today, working on,
