0:08.0	Okay, so let's say you have 15 minutes on agenda, right?
0:12.0	And the previous agenda item finishes
0:14.8	before your scheduled time.
0:17.2	Does that mean I get extra time?
0:19.5	Yeah, or put differently, since we were talking
0:21.3	about agendas, that really aren't
0:22.8	agendas but rather lists you have to be ready to start you know if you're not told
0:27.2	when you're going to start because there isn't an agenda you have to be ready
0:30.0	the moment the previous item finishes. Yeah.
0:33.4	So again, you have 15 minutes.
0:36.1	The previous agenda item finishes before your scheduled start time.
0:40.0	Your 15 minutes start at the time the previous item ends, regardless of what the stated end
0:47.0	time of that item was.
0:50.0	And by the way, on really effective agendas, the stated end time of the previous item is
0:56.1	really listed on the agenda as your start time that's right and your 15 minutes
1:01.2	guys are up 15 minutes after you start regardless of when the agenda
1:07.2	says the next item is supposed to start.
1:10.4	So you don't get any opportunity in the in the meeting time allocated to you or a function of the person before you being efficient and getting done early. You don't get that.
1:20.0	Yeah, you don't. The facilitator gets that, right? Yeah, exactly.
