Not a single one of us was there on the Leyla to the Qadr, the night of power when the

Prophet's life and received his first revelation.

It was just him and Jibril Ali, his salam.

But it was very clear from the first squeeze of Jibril Ali, his salam, that this was going

to be a heavy revelation and it was going to be difficult upon the Prophet's allah

and even though no one else was there to witness the first revelation, if you lived

in Medina, then you likely saw the Prophet's allah, and receiving revelation at least once

and what a sight it was to see the Qur'an coming down on the Prophet's allah.

The revelation coming down upon the Prophet's allah, of course, is heavy even before it

comes to him, Ali, his salat was salam.

And that's why I've been misrothed with the Allahu ta'ala, and we said that the Prophet's

allah said that when Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala speaks to send the revelation, the inhabitants

of the heavens, meaning the angels in the heavens, they hear the clinging of a bell from

the other heaven above it and it's like pulling a chain on the mount of a sotha.

And it is so loud and so powerful that even the Malayka, even the angels faint.

And as Jibril is coming by, they say, ya Jibril, what did your Lord say?

What did your Lord say?

And Jibril Ali, his salams as al-Hak al-Hak wa hual alayyu al-Kabir.

He spoke the truth, he spoke the truth, and he is the most high, the most great.

So this is Jibril Ali, his salam, bringing this revelation that causes angels to faint

and it's about to come upon the Prophet's allahu alayhu wa sallam while he's in front
