Summary

Erwin and Aaron take us through a new wave of cancel culture, from Disney+ to the Super Bowl. Set against the backdrop of the retracted Bruce Springsteen commercial for Jeep, they discuss who is punished or ‘canceled’ by society for past mistakes, and who is allowed to emerge unscathed.

How do you move forward to create the future while embracing free speech and the ways free speech will differ in ideology with each person? With an eye-opening look at other countries and cultures’ reparations for their past mistakes, Erwin gives an impassioned appeal for our country to work to meet somewhere in the middle, even amongst our differences.

2:18.0

But it really wasn't that I was too busy. It was that you were too busy. What?

2:24.0

That's not true. I decided to go skiing for two days, 48 hours. Yeah. What in the world would you think you're allowed to take a break?

2:36.0

I don't know. I thought you said it go take some vacation time. No, I thought I raised you better vacation. I was, we went to Park City. We, we skied. We snowboarded.

The first, I posted this on my story. Me, I'll post it again, but the first day was a torrential, just powder session, snowing everywhere. Wind was crazy. It looks so violent. Your mom was terrified. The next day she said, I need to hear from my son. I can hear from my son.

Thank God my friend was wearing bright neon orange because you couldn't see people five feet in front of you. Next day was absolutely stunning and beautiful. Park City is cool. You can walk into the middle of village and take the ski lift up.

3:16.0

So here's the confession. There were two bite size battle ready. Yeah, because Aaron McManus went to park cities and went to went skiing. I went skiing. Well, we should probably talk about the Super Bowl and some of the fun things that just happened this past week. My guy, Tom Brady, in Tampa Bay, TB and TB. Are you talking about during the Super Bowl after Super Bowl? Because he was lit. Tom Brady had some fun. We're not going to condone it. We're not going to judge it.

But even even then even then he was able to throw the perfect pass to Ron Kowski. He was a super bowl trophy from one boat to another, even then he couldn't throw an incompletion or an interception.
