Summary

In August of1895 — a spooky specter around Booth Pond was seen by dozens of locals prompting an investigative journalist to try to uncover the truth behind the mystery that made headlines. The reporter at the time seems to think he solved the mystery of the ghost… we found something more. The pond is gone now, but are the ghosts? Jeff Belanger and Ray Auger are your hosts and take you on an exploration of the Meeting House Hill region of Meriden, Connecticut to breakdown this thought-provoking story and set of circumstances.  For more episodes join us here each Tuesday or visit their website to catch up on the hundreds of tales that legends are made of. https://ournewenglandlegends.com/category/podcasts/Follow Jeff Belanger here: https://jeffbelanger.com/ The MeetingHouse Hill Ghost - New England Legends Podcast See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
