Okay, Mark, I have a question for you and it has to do with feedback and the timing of feedback and all that,

but let's say I'm in a meeting and somebody's engaging in some ineffective

meeting behaviors.

They're on their laptop or they're on their phone or they're doing something that's counterproductive

feedback at some point but I've got the problem now right? I just I can't stop the

meeting, pull them outside, give them feedback and then continue on but I've got a 45 minute meeting that is being
